_Studio One
STUDIO ONE
Studio 1 is where the Margaret Street story begins: the first room we built back in 2001 and still very much the creative hub of the facility. Fully refurbished in 2024, it combines a calm, light-filled atmosphere with a serious toolset. The room is designed so the tech disappears into the background, letting directors, creatives and actors focus on performance and story while we handle the detail. With the ability to mix in an array of formats including Dolby Atmos Home 7.1.4, L-ISA and Soundscape, plus a dedicated booth for voice and performance work, Studio 1 is where intimate moments and big sonic worlds are crafted in the same session.
_Studio Two
STUDIO TWO
Also built in 2001 and fully refurbished in 2024, Studio 2 mirrors Studio 1’s layout and technical spec; but with its own energy and vantage point within the building. Clients often settle in here for full days, moving seamlessly from design to mix to review without ever feeling rushed. The booth is tuned for expressive voice work, so everything from intimate narration to high-energy character performances feels natural and relaxed.
_Studio Three
STUDIO THREE
Added to the facility in 2010 and refreshed in 2024, Studio 3 brings the same immersive toolset as our flagship spaces within a slightly more intimate setting. Running both Reaper and Pro Tools Ultimate on Avid S6 control surfaces, the room features Genelec monitoring and multi-format capability with a fully equipped voice booth for performance records and ADR.
_Studio Four
STUDIO FOUR
A room made for big decisions and confident sign offs. Studio 4 was built in 2015 and was one of the first ever Dolby Atmos certified spaces for commercials and trailers. The atmosphere within here is all about scale and precision, with a 34-speaker Alcons Audio system that wraps you in sound while still feeling effortless to work in. Here, theatrical Atmos mixes sit alongside in-engine immersive mixing giving clients a genuinely cinematic perspective on their audio.
_Studio Five
STUDIO FIVE
Also built in 2015, Studio 5 is the nimble problem-solver of the facility: a small but powerful suite for Pro Tools and Reaper sessions. With focused stereo monitoring and a booth that comfortably fits two artists, it’s ideal for voiceovers, pickups and quick editorial passes. The room is intentionally compact to keep communication tight and momentum high, making it perfect for fast-turnaround work, last-minute fixes or exploratory creative sessions between larger mix stages. Despite its size, it shares the same attention to acoustic detail as our flagship rooms, so nothing about the sound ever feels like a compromise.
_The Lounge
THE LOUNGE
The Lounge, completed in 2020, was designed as a flexible, social recording and mixing space where the environment does as much as the equipment to shape the session. Its relaxed layout and stereo monitoring make it perfect for podcasts, group performance records, videocasts and collaborative creative meetings. People tend to forget they’re “in a studio” here, which is exactly the point—the best conversations and performances feel natural, not staged. Whether you’re capturing a lively roundtable, building a narrative series or doing light mix work in a more informal setting, The Lounge gives you a space where chemistry, comfort and sound quality all sit on equal footing.
