He’s been in the world of audio since 2008 with a background in large-scale themed attractions (including a THEA award in 2021), Mike brings a wealth of experience crafting immersive worlds where storytelling and technology collide. A self-confessed theme park nerd, avid gamer, and lover of all things sonic, he thrives on projects that blur the boundaries between reality and pure experience.

A THEA and Emmy award-winning creative and technical powerhouse, Steve has been shaping soundscapes, building departments, and turning ambitious ideas into fully realised worlds for over two decades. A graduate from the infamous (and sadly missed) Alchemea, Steve's career has seen him be hugely influential at numerous sound studios working in Post-Production, Experience and Gaming. As Audio Director, Steve leads the team with a mix of curiosity, precision, and a genuine love of all things interactive. A lifelong gamer, he specialises in real-time sound design and thrives on projects that blur the line between art and technology.

With nearly a decade in production at some of London’s leading post houses, Ciara blends creative instinct with razor-sharp organisation to keep even the biggest projects running smoothly. She’s produced award-winning work across advertising, TV, and immersive audio... and still finds time to make it all look effortless! Equal parts music lover, people person, and master plate-spinner, Ciara’s happiest when she’s bringing ideas (and teams) together.

HARRY BOYCE
Before diving into sound, Harry started out as a chef… Although these days he’s more likely to serve up a cinematic bass sweep than a mushroom risotto. Harry joined Factory in 2015 and was part of the founding team behind Factory Immersive in 2021. Since then, he’s been crafting and mixing sound design for global IPs alongside the likes of Universal Studios, Google, Hasbro, and United Parks. A true hybrid creative, Harry’s just as comfortable in Unreal or Q-Sys as he is behind a DAW. Award-winning, endlessly curious, and always up for a challenge, he’s part of the new generation of sound designers redefining what audio can do.

Will bridges the gap between sound and systems within the Immersive team. Specialising in building interactive systems that turn great sound design into truly responsive experiences, Will helps bring Factory’s immersive projects to life in real time. When he’s not got his head in some code, you’ll likely find him riding his motorcycle or watching motorsport.

An established producer and music supervisor, she’s known for her close collaborations with artists and composers — creating original scores and standout syncs for award-winning campaigns and films.
